A Escola Básica Júlia Costa de Achada São Filipe, Praia, fez ontem, dia 23 de Maio, a apresentação de livros de um grupo de alunos daquela escola que recontaram estórias da escritora, Celina Pereira. Esta apresentação surge no âmbito do Projecto Centro de recurso de Estórias Tradicionais, criado no ano lectivo 2009/2010, na escola com o objectivo de criar oportunidades de conhecimento de contos e estórias antigas para gerações presentes e futuras.Várias actividades foram realizadas como, músicas, dramatização de peças de teatro, entre outras, na presença da Ministra da Educação e Desporto, Fernanda Marques, da autora principal do livro, Celina Pereira, da Presidente da ASPPEC, da Delegada do MED, entre outros convidados.
A Gestora daquele estabelecimento de ensino, Anisabel Moreno, disse que um dos grandes objectivos da iniciativa é aperfeiçoar a leitura, despertar interesse dos alunos para o novo estilo de lazer e ocupação de tempos livres.
Já a Ministra da Educação e Desporto, afirmou que o projecto é o reflexo das novas metodologias do ensino-aprenizagem. “Temos um prazer de ter aqui a reescrita de uma obra que foi essencialmente redigida pela Celina Pereira e para os alunos o facto de ter aqui o autor principal da obra vai aumentar significativamente a auto-estima de cada um que leu e foi orientado para a reescritura da obra, ou seja, na verdade é um processo de interpretação, é um processo de aprendizagem incidindo essencialmente na absorção do conhecimento e na interpretação daquilo que se aprendeu”, afirmou Marques.
